SETH L. RESZKO

Seth L. Reszko is the senior associate at Reza Athari & Associates. Mr. Reszko joined Reza Athari & Associates in May 2001 and is an accomplished immigration and criminal law attorney. Seth L. Reszko graduated with a J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center in 1993, where he received a Public Interest Award Fellowship Award in 1992. Seth L. Reszko was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1994. Mr. Reszko practiced as a sole practitioner in New York for three years before relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada and working at Reza Athari & Associates. 

Mr. Reszko was admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada in 2005. Attorney Reszko is also admitted to practice in federal court before the First, Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Reszko is currently a member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice in Clark County, Nevada. 

Mr. Reszko successfully argued as attorney of record before the Nevada Supreme Court in Rubio v. State, 194 P.2d 1224 (2008) and was also attorney of record for a prominent published decision before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in De Regla Santana Gonzalez v. United States AG, 506 F.3d 274 (3rd Cir. 2007). Mr. Reszko has appeared and argued several cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. While working with Reza Athari and the other associates at the firm, Reza Athari & Associates has grown to become one of the largest and accomplished immigration law firms in the State of Nevada.
