MARILYN CASTON

Marilyn Caston is a new addition to Reza Athari & Associates and has been practicing with the firm since December 2014. As an associate attorney, Ms. Caston currently handles cases in the Criminal Defense, Family Law, General Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy areas. 

Prior to her association with the firm, Ms. Caston has worked with a wide variety of firms and associations such as small boutique firms, fast paced high volume firms, the District Attorney’s office, etc. Specifically, Ms. Caston has been immersed in the Bankruptcy and Nevada Home Foreclosure arena since 2008. She has closely followed the ever-changing laws in these challenging areas and is proud to be able to bring a high level of knowledge and sophistication to all of her Bankruptcy, Debt Settlement and Nevada Foreclosure clients. 

Ms. Caston is licensed in Nevada, has been since 2009 and couldn’t imagine herself practicing anywhere else. Ms. Caston is a local girl, completing 3rd grade through Law School in the local Las Vegas area. She graduated from Boyd School of Law in 2008, passed the bar in 2009, and has been dedicated to her hometown clients ever since. Ms. Caston loves being able to make a difference in the community where she grew up.
